1. What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to perform notarial acts. Instead of visiting a bank or office, you can schedule a notary to meet you at your home, workplace, hospital, senior facility, or any agreed-upon public location. This service is ideal for busy individuals, families, and businesses needing flexible and convenient notarization.

2. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, Harvest, Owens Cross Roads, Meridianville, Hazel Green, and surrounding communities across Madison County and Limestone County. If you are outside these areas, contact us — we may still accommodate your request.

4. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book an appointment by clicking “Book Now” on our website, calling us directly, or submitting a contact form. Same-day, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

5. What do I need to bring to the appointment?
Please have a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as:

The name on the document must match the name on your ID.
You must also have the unsigned document ready — notaries cannot notarize anything that is already signed.

6. Can you notarize documents for someone who is elderly, hospitalized, or immobile?
Yes. We frequently visit hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and private homes. For these appointments, please ensure:

The signer is alert, aware, and willingly signing

All required documents and IDs are available
Family members or caregivers may assist with logistics but cannot interfere with the signing.

7. How do travel fees work?
Our travel fee is based on distance from our starting location and will be calculated using our built-in mileage estimator. Travel fees cover time, transportation, and availability, they are separate from notarial fees regulated by Alabama.

8. Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?
Yes. We understand that many clients need evening or weekend services. We offer extended hours and emergency appointments based on availability.

9. How much does a notarization cost?

11. Do you offer loan signing and real estate closing services?
Yes. We provide:

We ensure all forms are signed correctly, dated accurately, and returned promptly to the title company or lender.

12. Can you help fill out or prepare my documents?
We can assist with basic, non-legal completion such as writing names, dates, and addresses.
We cannot:

13. What if my ID is expired?
In Alabama, IDs must be valid and unexpired for notarization. If your ID is expired, you may need to obtain a replacement or use alternative identification if permitted.

14. What happens if a signer does not understand or agree with the document?
We cannot notarize a document if the signer does not fully understand or agree to the contents. A notary cannot proceed if there is confusion, disagreement, or signs of coercion.

15. Do you notarize documents for minors?
Yes, if:

A parent or guardian is present when required
Some documents may require a guardian’s signature instead.

16. What if I need witnesses?
We can provide witnesses for an additional fee when available. If you prefer to bring your own witnesses, they must:

17. Can you perform remote online notarizations (RON)?
We can offer e-notary services if the signer is located in Alabama and identity can be verified electronically. Contact us to check availability.

18. Are my documents kept confidential?
Absolutely. All documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality. No information is shared or stored beyond what is required by Alabama law.

19. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Travel fees may still apply for last-minute cancellations if we have already begun travel.
